White box and is intended to be fitted into a wall and cavity. It is suitable for all domestic U6/G4 gas meters. This box is fully approved to National Grid gas specifications.

• Manufactured in white colour glass reinforced plastic (GRP)
• Complies with BS 8499:2009 – Specification for domestic gas meter boxes and meter bracket – Formerly National Grid Specification PRS8
• Fire retardant to – BS 476-7:1997 Class 2 – Fire tests on building materials and structures. Method of test to determine the classification of the surface spread of flame of products
• Approved to National Grid gas specifications
• When installed in accordance with BS 6400 the box interior provides a Zone 2 area to BS EN 60079-10 – Explosive atmospheres. Classification of areas
